Yoga Props Training with Angela Boltz – will be rescheduled, stay tuned!

In this 6-Hour workshop, you will learn ways to refresh both your active vinyasa practice and teaching by incorporating props such as blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters.

You will learn how props can:

-facilitate proper alignment
-create space in the body
-encourage body awareness and mental calm
-provide comfort and support
-make otherwise “inaccessible” poses achievable
-and deepen our experience in postures

We will have props available at the studio for this training, however, we encourage you to bring your own props (blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps, etc..) to use during training as well.

Cost: $150

Preregistration is required as space is limited. Please, reserve your spot here.
